GCLE has developed a nationwide service capability through its network of highly trained service technicians and in house factory trained service team, based at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Their capabilities extend to all areas of machine operations covering electrical, mechanical, electronic and hydraulic components.
To support our customer’s business operations the service support is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. GCLE understands that our customers need reliable machinery but in the event of a disruption this can be attended to with the minimum inconvenience generally at a time that suits our customers. We understand your business so keeping your operating costs to a minimum is our priority.
Our warehouse carries a complete range of spare parts for all machines. These can be dispatched to any part of our user network with the minimum of fuss.

Design & Planning
GCLE offers prospective and existing coin laundry clients a complete consulting service, free of charge. From the original concept stage through to delivery of the finished product we can assist with experienced personnel who have delivered 100’s of successful projects all over the country. A well thought out design can definitely impact on your bottom line result. Given that most shop footprints differ in size and aspect it is important to assess each one on its individual merits before committing to a design and equipment specification.
Our equipment rental division offers clients a Rent/Purchase option that reduces the up front capital commitment associated with new equipment. The laundry equipment is supplied on the basis of a 60 month rental agreement at the end of which the client has the option to purchase the equipment at a predetermined price. During the 60 month contract all warranty and service work is supplied free of charge. The clients is only responsible for operational maintenance and cleaning.
The Annual Trade Show is held over two days, generally in October, each year. It provides our customers and agents with the opportunity to find out what Dexter is offering with their latest technology as well service, sales and marketing seminars designed to improve business operations.
